United StatesI don't use lip balm often, but this has been great. I love the scent and the smooth feel. I also have to confess as using it as a topical treatment on the arthritis in my hands and it's worked wonderfully! It's not as potent as the direct application of the Hemp oil Tincture. But it's easy to carry around in my purse and absorbs much more quickly!
